Password not working?

Contact I.T. so we can look into resetting your password or unlocking your account.

  • To change your Google/Email password you can Navigate Here.
  • If you cannot access your Google/Email account, contact IT. Once regaining access to your account, please consider adding a recovery email address. You will then be able to reset your password whenever you need to without waiting for IT's response.
  • If you need self service reset, you need to contact IT. Once you have access to your SelfService account, navigate here to change your password:
    My Profile tab > Account Information sub-tab > Password menu item
